Yes, we do have more products avalible. If you are looking for a brand, model or just can not find what you are looking for, contact us with what you are looking for. We are able to get a lot more products than what we have placed on the web to date. We will try to help as best we can.
How can I pay for the products I want to buy?
There are a couple of options for you; We do accept Visa and Mastrer Card, E Check ( this is the same as writing a check except you can do it over the internet.) and you can also send a certified check. A certified chedk will take longer to prosses your order. Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D.
How do I get a warranty on a product?
There is a couple of things you will need; a copy of the invoice, an explanation as to why you are returning the product, and it must be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please read the warranty page befor returning.
What is your shipping policy?
We will ship your products within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed. Our policy is also placed on the about us page.
What about back orders?
We will check an how long it will take to recieve more product if we run out. If it is going to take more than a week to get the product in, we will contact you by E-Mail and let you know. This way you will have the choice to hold the order or cancel the back ordered product.
Do you have a handling fee?
As of right now we do not have a handling fee. As prices for shipping supplies go up, that might not be posible.
What are the extra charges for?
Some of the products are very large and cost more to ship. We will only charge what we are billed for the shipping. We are not charging any handling fees at this time.
Why does it take so long for my products to ship?
We try to get each order out within 2 days, but sometimes the products are shipped from another location and it can take another day to 2 days befor they are able to ship them.
