Warranty Policy

All products we sell have a manufactures warranty. Please read and follow the Mfg. warranty. This will expedite the warranty claim process for you. Each product we sell is guaranteed by the Mfg. agents defects in material and  workmanship up to one year from the time of purchase. Defective merchandise being returned must be; Returned within 20 days of purchase. A copy of invoice must accompany returned merchandise. Must have explanation as to why merchandise is being returned. All warrantees are subject to Mfg. discretion. We are not responsible for products lost in post, so you might wish to insure your returns. No postage due returns will be accepted.

Return Policy

Merchandise being returned for any reason other than being defective must be in original packing and condition, and returned within 20 days of purchase. A copy or invoice must accompany returned merchandise. Must have explanation as to why merchandise is being returned.  All returns are subject to a 15% restock charge. Credit for merchandise does not include shipping or handling if applicable. No postage due returns will be accepted. We are not responsible for products lost in post, so you might wish to insure your returns. You can cancel your order prior to shipping. Back orders will be active for 30 days, unless you wish to cancel the order. Payment for back ordered products will not be processed untill it is shipped.
